Way... Way Out [HD]

Like "lost in space" by Irwin Allen
I loved this show at this time in my life when I feel that learning about the space age is very relevant.
I am 52 and born in 1961, when people were still talking about the space program.
The humor is very, very funny and watching it when you watched it as a kid, you are an adult and can see the humor where you didn't see it as a kid.

Boredom in Space
You know things are wrong when Robert Morley and Dick Shawn display more energy than Jerry Lewis. "Way...Way Out" (1966) relies heavily on intergalactic mugging yet fails to garner a single laugh. Jerry looks bored and distracted in his first truly bad movie. Listless direction by Gordon Douglas, with an embarrassing William Bowers script. Gary Lewis and The Playboys perform the title song - the best aspect of this so-called "space sex comedy."

Interesting mix of slapstick and serious acting.
Unlike a lot of Jerry Lewis comedy, this movie also had some serious interplay between the actors. Jerry is a genius with slapstick, witness the Bellboy (not a single line in the movie, just situational comedy) But here, he delivers straight lines as easily as comedy.
